Baked Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium slices halibut
1 bunch green onions
salt, pepper and sweet basil
1 c. cooking wine
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Arrange fish in greased shallow baking dish.
Chop green onions, including tops.
Sprinkle over fish.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and basil.
Pour on wine and let marinate 1 hour. Add sour cream.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
