Bhatura(Indian Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    3/4 c. yogurt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 Tbsp. melted ghee or butter
    1/2 c. water (about)
    salt to taste
    oil for deep fat frying
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda, salt and ghee together.
    Add yogurt and water and knead the dough until it's smooth and soft.
    Leave in a warm place 6 to 8 hours (overnight is best).
    Break off balls of dough and roll out so that it is thin and about 5-inches wide. Deep fat fry.
    As you fry the bread, keep pushing it to the bottom of the pan as it tends to float in the oil.
    Bread will puff up and get crispy.
