Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Pare potatoes; cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag.
    Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in the bag, coating the potatoes well with the cheese mixture.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place potatoes in a single layer in the pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 one hour, turning potatoes after 30 minutes.
    When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley.
