Baked Stuffed Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/8 c. salad oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well, except scallops, then toss in scallops and mix well.
Place in greased pie plate and bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
