Chocolate Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. granulated or super-fine sugar
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over simmering water in double boiler.
    Stir in sugar and 1/2 cup heavy cream.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and no lumps remain.
    Beat yolks until smooth. Slowly pour in chocolate mixture while beating yolks constantly. Set aside and cool to room temperature.
    When cool, fold in whipped cream.
    Spoon into bowls and refrigerate until serving time.
    Garnish with a rosette of whipped cream and chocolate curls.
