Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil or melted shortening
    1 c. blueberries mixed with 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 well beaten egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into bowl.
    Make well in center.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Stir quickly just until moistened.
    Fold in blueberry mixture. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
