Leftovers Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped leftover meat (beef, chicken or ham)
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) can creamed soup
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine in skillet until tender.
    Add meat, cooked rice and soup.
    Combine thoroughly.
    May add a little milk for moisture.
    Cover and simmer over very low heat about 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Serves four to five.
