Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (10 to 12) country style ribs (with or without bones)
    1 c. Heinz ketchup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix sauce ingredients in bowl.
    If too thick add vinegar; if too watery, add ketchup.
    Dip ribs in sauce and marinate overnight or all day.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake for additional 15 to 25 minutes.
    If no sauce left, make 1/2 sauce recipe and spoon over ribs.
    When done, will look barbecued and thick with glaze.
