Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (16 oz.) can kernel corn
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 oz. diced pimento
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (save some cracker crumbs for top).
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
