Asparagus Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. Blue cheese
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus spears, drained
    20 slices white bread, crust removed
Preparation
    Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread.
    Mix cheese and egg in mixing bowl and spread evenly over bread and edges. Place asparagus on bread.
    Roll up and secure with 3 toothpicks. Dip in melted butter.
    Place on baking sheet and freeze. Partially thaw rolls and cut each roll into 3 equal parts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yield: 60 bites.
