Chicken Wings With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken wings
4 to 5 dried mushrooms
1 green pepper
1/4 c. shoyu
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Disjoint wings.
Soak mushrooms in 1 1/2 cups water.
Cut green pepper into bite size.
Fry wings in oil.
Remove mushrooms from water.
Add shoyu and sugar to mushroom water.
Slice mushrooms and put on wings.
Add green pepper.
Pour sauce and simmer.
Thicken with cornstarch.
