Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 pork chops, pounded with rosemary on top
    2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Braise pork chops that have been pounded with rosemary on top. In a blender, combine orange juice, vinegar, ginger and garlic; mix well.
