Rice Chantilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 dashes Tabasco
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine rice, sour cream, salt, Tabasco and 1/2 cup cheese. Spoon into
    a buttered, shallow 1-quart baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
