Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 stick melted oleo or butter
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all together very well and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until pie is done. Touch the top with your fingers to make sure it's firm.
    Makes 2 pies.
