Spring Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box rotini noodles
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook the noodles for 12 minutes and drain.
    Add the celery and onion.
    Dressing is made with the rest of the ingredients.
    Mix with a wire whisk.
    Pour the dressing over the noodles and refrigerate all night.
