Swiss Vegetable Medley(Ready To Bake In 5 Minutes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot combination, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained (optional)
1 (2 8/10 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole dish and bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
