Black Beans Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. black beans
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large onion, diced
    1 large green bell pepper, diced
    1 small jar pimentos, diced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Soak black beans in water overnight, drain.
    Add 8 cups of fresh water with salt and cook over low heat until beans are tender.
