Easy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 c. cooked potatoes
2 eggs
unbaked pie shell
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 pkg. instant pudding

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
