Connie'S Italian Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onions
    1 Tbsp. powdered garlic
    3 Tbsp. dried chopped parsley
    30 oz. tomato sauce
    30 oz. tomato puree
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. crumbled basil
    salt and pepper according to your own tastes - 1/2 tsp. pepper recommended
Preparation
    Heat oil in a heavy sauce pot.
    Add onions, garlic, and parsley and saute several minutes, stirring a few times until garlic is medium to deep brown.
    Quickly add cans of sauce and puree and stir, then add sugar, salt and pepper, and basil. Simmer, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes total. ENJOY!!!
