Chocolate Caramel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 1/4 oz. chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/3 c. water
    14 oz. pkg. caramels
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Prepare cake mix, using oil, eggs and water.
    Pour half of batter into pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
