Oatmeal Rhubarb Crumble(Low-Fat, Low-Salt, Low-Sugar, High Fiber) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or 3 c. diced rhubarb
    1/4 c. sugar plus 2 packets bakeable sugar substitute
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Place rhubarb in sprayed baking dish.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Add water.
    Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
