Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chunked pineapple, drained (save juice)
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Cook juice, cornstarch and sugar until thick.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Put in casserole dish and top with crushed crackers. Pour melted butter over top of crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
