Shrimp Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked ground shrimp
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely minced water chestnuts
    1 hard-boiled egg, sieved
    3 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/16 tsp. red pepper (cayenne pepper)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dry parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll in dry parsley. Refrigerate a couple of hours.
