Turnip Souffle(Better Than It Sounds!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium turnips, cleaned
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. chopped or grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, separated then beaten
    salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
Preparation
    Boil turnips in salt water until done; drain and mash.
    Add butter, milk, cheese, 2 yolks and seasoning; mix thoroughly.
    Fold in stiff egg whites.
    Pile lightly into well-greased baking dish. Set in pan of warm water.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until knife comes out clean.
