Pat'S Do Not Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 (5 oz.) soup can water
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up, or equivalent chicken parts
    1 (1 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice evenly over a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix the mushroom and celery soup together in small bowl.
    Combine margarine and water.
    Pour over rice.
    Lay pieces of chicken on rice and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Seal with foil; bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Do not peek during baking time.
    Serves 6.
