Fluffy Yam Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (1 lb. 3 oz.) yams
    2 c. sugar
    1 can (6 oz.) frozen orange juice
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain and mash yams in large bowl.
    Add all other ingredients, except marshmallows, and mix well.
    Put into large casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Top casserole with marshmallows and bake an additional 10 minutes.
