Pistachio-Pineapple Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 (4-serving size) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O brand pistachio instant pudding and pie filling
    1 3/4 c. thawed lite whipped topping
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Pour pineapple and juice into a bowl.
    Add the pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at lowest speed until well blended (1 to 2 minutes).
    Fold in whipped topping and nuts.
    Spoon into shallow dish or dessert cups. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat in 5 minutes.
    Store in refrigerator.
