Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 (6 to 7 oz.) pkg. coconut
1/2 c. butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Add dry ingredients to eggs, butter and coconut.
Gradually add milk.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie plates.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
