Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground ham and pork
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    12 sliced olives
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix meat, crumbs, pepper, olives, onion, salt, milk and eggs. Pour 1/2 cup more tomato juice on top.
    Bake in loaf pan at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
