Pork Chops Cooked With Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thick pork chops
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. rich chicken stock, seasoned with salt and pepper
4 small onions, chopped
1 c. thick sour cream
Preparation

Before frying, rub each pork chop with prepared mustard.
Then roll chops in flour.
In deep skillet, fry in butter until brown. Add chicken stock and onions.
Simmer, covered, on low heat for 1 hour.
Pour off liquid.
To this, add the sour cream.
Mix well. Don't let sauce boil after adding cream.
Sour cream should be at room temperature when added to the pan liquid.
Pour sauce over chops.
