Barb'S Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter/oleo, melted
1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
Preparation

Combine butter and crumbs.
Press 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix gelatin and boiling water.
Sit in refrigerator to cool.
