Carrot Coconut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated coconut
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Stir in oil and vanilla.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
