White Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cooked Great Northern beans (canned or bottled)
    2 lb. boneless chicken breasts (skin removed)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. ground or leaf oregano
    2 tsp. dried cilantro
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped mild green chilies
    4 c. chicken stock or canned broth
    12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    sour cream
    chopped jalapeno peppers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cover chicken with cold water and bring to simmer.
    Cook until tender, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from pan and dice into 1/2-inch cubes.
