Super Jelgurt Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
    1 carton (8 oz.) pina colada yogurt
    1 can (8 oz.) chunk pineapple with juice
Preparation
    Heat water until boiling.
    Stir in gelatin and stir until thoroughly dissolved.
    Add yogurt and stir until dissolved.
    Pour in can of pineapple, including juice.
    Stir until well blended. Pour into mold or molds.
    Chill until set.
    This salad may be made with a variety of flavors of yogurt, fruit and gelatin.
