Buckeyes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/4 c. smooth peanut butter
    4 Tbsp. butter, softened
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. shortening
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter until well blended, kneading with hands if necessary. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place in a single layer in a jelly roll pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
