Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    3 c. milk
    2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 small carton Cool Whip
    1 can chocolate icing
Preparation
    Mix pudding with milk; let thicken slightly.
    Stir in Cool Whip.
    Layer grahams in 9 x 13-inch pan alternately with pudding mix.
    Top with icing.
