Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter, add egg yolks.
Beat until creamy, add dry ingredients with milk.
Beat well.
Add beaten egg whites until well blended.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan in 350\u00b0 oven 1 1/4 hours.
