Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    2 lb. sirloin steak, cut in strips
    flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can bouillon soup, diluted to 2 c. with water
    1 c. sour cream
    rice
Preparation
    Brown onion in butter.
    Remove from pan.
    Flour meat and brown on each side.
    Add bouillon and salt.
    Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Stir in sour cream, mushrooms and onions.
    Serve over rice.
