Maple Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 med. eggs, beaten
    2 c. nonfat liquid milk
    dash salt
    1 tsp. maple flavoring
    artificial sweetener to equal 6 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine above ingredients in a bowl.
    Pour evenly into 4 individual baking dishes.
    Set in a pan with 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Makes 4 servings as part of midday meal.
    Supplement as required.
