Brunch Casserole(A Great Christmas Morning Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    8 slices bread (stale is best; trim sides)
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. pepper
    dash of salt
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. hot sausage or mild
Preparation
    Prepare the night before.
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Place bread slices in bottom of dish.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Layer sausage and cheese over bread.
    Pour egg mixture over all.
    Cover; let set overnight.
    Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with fruit juice or fruit cup.
