Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 small onion
    6 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add rice and dissolved bouillon cubes. Pour over pork chops in casserole dish.
    Cover; bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
