Fresh Apple Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. cubed apples
Preparation
    Let raisins soak in hot water 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Beat eggs; add sugar and oil. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add to egg mixture. Add raisins, nuts and apples; mix.
    Pour into greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
