Black-Eyed Pea Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. chopped onions, tendered in small amount water
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
3 qt. water
1 heaping Tbsp. beef bouillon
1 qt. diced ham
4 cans black-eyed peas
chopped jalapeno pepper to taste
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until flavors are blended.
More tomatoes may be added.
