Mustard Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lamb sirloin chops (about 3/4-inch thick, about 2 lb.)
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Set oven for broil.
    Trim fat from lamb.
    Place lamb on rack in broiler pan.
    Mix thyme, mustard and salt; brush 1/2 of mixture evenly over lamb.
    Broil with tops about 3 or 4 inches from heat for about 4 minutes or until brown; turn.
    Brush remaining mixture over lamb.
    Broil 5 to 7 minutes longer for medium doneness. Serves 6.
