Mary Odom'S Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening. Add sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add vanilla to milk.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
    Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
