Bill'S Favorite Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 stick butter or 1 stick margarine, melted and cooled
1 (16 oz.) sour cream

Preparation

Follow the order of the recipe, mixing well after each is added at medium speed.
Bake in spring pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 1 hour longer.
Leave plain or top with favorite fruit.
