Egg, Cheese And Ham Omelette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. cheese
3/4 c. ham, cooked
1 tsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Beat all together.
Pour into omelette pan that has been greased with butter.
Cook on low to medium until egg is cooked through and cheese is melted through.
Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toast and choice of jam.
