Spinach Pies(Fathiyir Bi Spanegh) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags spinach, washed and chopped
    3 medium onions, chopped
    1 bunch parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. dried mint
    24 medium sized balls basic dough (3-inch diameter)
Preparation
    Squeeze chopped spinach to remove all water.
    Add chopped parsley, nuts, seasonings, salt, lemon, oil and mint.
    Mix very well.
    Roll ball of dough into circle and add heaping tablespoonful of filling and close in triangular shape.
    Place on oiled cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
