Six Weeks Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
1 c. melted shortening or oil
3 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, shortening and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Store in covered container in refrigerator to use as needed.
Keeps up to 6 weeks. Fill muffin tins that have been coated with shortening 2/3 full. Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 5 dozen muffins depending on size of muffin tin.
