Mini Cheesecake Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    18 vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream first 4 ingredients well with mixer.
    Place a wafer in foil baking cup.
    Fill each cup 3/4 full of batter.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Top with your favorite pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.) when done.
